Sanne is a level 3 qualified personal trainer who can’t stop talking about mental wellbeing.

I believe exercise should benefit you physically AND mentally and should be available to you regardless of what your body looks like. Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate. I believe everyone deserves to feel all the positive health benefits of movement without feeling the pressure of diet culture to fit into a picture perfect body that doesn’t exist.

My main goal during a session is for you to have fun or at least forget about your worries from daily life for 45 minutes. It is important to me that coming together as a group whilst exercising is not only good for the body but also nourishes the soul.

That’s why you will always see a fun game during my sessions with Quit the Gym. Play is a great way of getting some movement in whilst you are not even noticing it!
