Lee loves boxing and kickboxing and is qualified personal trainer with over 15 years experience.

In his own words:

I have boxed at amateur competitive level from a very young age and in kickboxing too but now as a family man, loving father and husband, have hung up the gloves in exchange for sharing my knowledge that I’ve have gained over the years from the sports I dearly love and have a passion for.

My sessions are high energy packed, explosive, fun and enjoyable. My main focus is to gain my clients trust, confidence and always encourage my clients with bundles of enthusiasm, whilst meeting their specific training needs.

I now give back to those that need my help to improve there health and well-being as this is my drive and always has been, to help others that lack motivation, encouragement and in need of positivity.

Who knows, together, we might possibly find some hidden talent that you did not know of!

Let me help put that excitement back into your life! We all know that anything is possible, achievable and with a bit of a positive energy you can do the unimaginable!

I always say, as long as you just try, that’s all that matters!

I mainly teach boxing / kickboxing – teaching proper technique, balance and flexibility but not to worry as all is based on your level of abilities. Beginners and advanced levels welcome.

Admittedly, I do throw in some bad ass HIIT circuits, functional fitness too! 😉

Again, don’t worry, my sessions are not all action packed and more for those that just love training or for those that want to get back into training.
