Hannah is passionate about sport, health and exercise; a fitness instructor, trainer and amateur triathlete who loves to share her enthusiasm and energy with others.
As well as Personal Training, Hannah is a teacher and believes in finding a work-life balance with plenty of movement and endorphins! She is keen to pass on to others her knowledge and understanding through experience of rehabilitation from running injuries.
Hannah loves coaching bodyweight exercises, core, abs and strength and conditioning, HIIT as well as running technique coaching, inspired by her years of running and recent experience learning from top Kenyan runners while volunteering in Kenya.
In addition to QtG, Hannah coaches clients in core/strength & conditioning classes in both group training classes and 1-2-1 sessions currently on Zoom. She is a fully qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Leader in Running Fitness and has studied nutrition, personal training and behavioural change with Future Fit, as well as rehabilitation and running technique with The Running School TRS TM.
