Emily qualified as a level 3 personal trainer in 2010 after a career as a professional dancer. She is passionate about all aspects of health, fitness and nutrition.
Her emphasis is on training in a holistic way, including functional fitness, yoga and nutritional guidance to help people reach their goals, whatever they may be.
Emily enjoys motivating and encouraging her clients to achieve their best in every session, and truly believes that exercise should be a fun (yet challenging!) investment of their time.
Her areas of expertise include pre and post-natal, boxing and kickboxing, TRX and Kettlebells. She is also a 200 RYT Multi-style and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher.
