I truly believe exercise can have a huge positive impact on both our physical and mental wellbeing and would encourage everyone to get moving in any way they can. My advice is to just get started – whether that’s taking the dog for a walk, signing up for a team tough mudder or simply having a boogie to some music in the kitchen.. get those positive endorphins flowing!
I’m a PT as I absolutely love helping others to reach their goals and feel more confident and capable to achieve more than they once thought possible. Getting a PT or attending a group class can be a fantastic way to give you the extra support and motivation you need to get up and get active.
My go to exercise? I might say a squat and press for a full-body killer or a burpee to get that heart pumping … but ultimately it’s the one that works for you.
If you come to my class, expect to find a blend of fun and challenge and you will also see my lil miniature dachshund Lola – she’s surprisingly quick so keep up if you can!
