Ahlam is a highly motivated trainer who is enthusiastic about all things related to exercise, healthy lifestyle and self-improvement. Raising a family from a young age, she is living proof that health and fitness is for all ages and circumstances.
She regularly practices boxing, Muay Thai and weightlifting, spin, HIIT training and yoga and is constantly exploring new workouts and fitness innovations. Practising a variety of disciplines has immensely increased her knowledge and passion for fitness, allowing her to offer a well-rounded training package, whatever your goals may be. She is keen to join you on your journey to a stronger, fitter and healthier you.
In addition to fitness, she is passionate about travel, languages and healthy eating.
