Quit the Gym EXTREME! is our toughest class and designed to give you a challenging all-over workout, without someone shouting at you! We use lots of equipment such as tyres, kettle bells, weights and med balls. We’ve even been known to add in the occasional log throwing for good measure!

So if you want an intense workout – then this is for you. We cater for all fitness levels by offering 2 or 3 options for every exercise.

Most important is that you have fun and enjoy it. It is a really sociable and motivating class. Try it out!
