End the week on a high with our boxfit class. Boxing is a great way to have fun and relieve some of the stress that builds up during your working week!

This session is orientated around a circuit with boxing as a main focus point. You’ll learn some boxing technique and put it into practice with some combinations to test your memory as well as your punching ability.

No previous boxing experience is required and all levels of fitness are welcome.
