Sunday

  • Body ConditioningFun and friendly group exercise. Come to one of our body conditioning classes and work together as a team to keep fit. No two classes are ever the same. And this class is suitable for everyone. So if you want to add in a mid-week or weekend workout to your fitness schedule and want to work together with others to keep motivated, check this class out. This class is totally family friendly. On Sundays you can also bring the kids! They can join our fun footy for kids session for £5 leaving you to focus on enjoying the class while your kids also have a great time. On Tuesdays we also welcome mums with their little ones in their buggies. Our trainers are fully qualified for post natal fitness, so we can make sure you return to exercise at a pace that suits you. Suitable for all fitness levels. with Rosangela HarrisRosangela has a life long passion for fitness training. Before coming to London in 2006 she trained and worked in some top clubs in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2008 she qualified through Premier in the UK as an Advanced Personal Trainer / Nutrition Adviser (Level 3) and subsequently qualified in GP Referral and exercise for lower back pain sufferers (Level 4). Shortly after qualifying she joined the recently established Quit the Gym (QtG) as one of the first trainers to be taken on. In addition to QtG, Rosangela works with clients on both a one- to- one basis and in group training classes, in both gym and outdoors. She specialises in improving general fitness, fat loss, nutrition advice, pre/post natal and performance enhancement, with particular focus on core strength and posture in exercise to avoid injury. With QtG she is famous for her gruelling resistance bands, which can be a lot of fun! 9:30 am at Walpole Park

Monday

  • ExtremeQuit the Gym EXTREME! is our toughest class and designed to give you a challenging all-over workout, without someone shouting at you! We use lots of equipment such as tyres, kettle bells, weights and med balls. We've even been known to add in the occasional log throwing for good measure! So if you want an intense workout - then this is for you. We cater for all fitness levels by offering 2 or 3 options for every exercise. Most important is that you have fun and enjoy it. It is a really sociable and motivating class. Try it out! with Gavin EdmondsGavin is a Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in core stability, strength and conditioning, toning and weight loss. He is also an Endurance Running Coach with England Athletics, and coaches athletes of all abilities in events from 1500m to the marathon. He grew up in Ealing and has competed in countless road and mountain marathons, cross country, Ironman and other triathlon and cycling events. He has hiked across Northern Spain on the Camino Santiago de Compestela, up the highest mountain in North Africa, Mount Toubkal and to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Gavin firmly believes in the power of sport for enhancing health and how this brings people together, with the joy and humour they experience participating, and always aims to make this a part of any session he teaches! 7:00 pm at Ealing Common

After studying Sports Studies at Staffordshire University, she continued to play hockey, tennis and has run quite a few marathons (generally in fancy dress!). She is level 3 REPS Personal Training Qualified and her studies include - Paul Chek Nutrition and lifestyle Coaching, pre and post natal training. Kath likes to train people in a fun, functional and goal orientated way.   • *FASTER RunningFASTER sessions are designed to improve runners strength and endurance through pyramid training, high intensity interval running and various leg strength and endurance exercises. They are for all standards and a great way to prepare for any races - due to the fact the running intervals are always timed it really means you can work at your own pace, there will be someone in front of you to chase and no doubt someone behind you chasing you! *FASTER! is our only paid-for session and can be purchased in blocks of 6. Maria is a keen runner and has been involved in sport and fitness for many years.  She uses her running expertise to develop classes that focus on strength and conditioning. Wednesday

  • CircuitsOur circuits class will keep you on your toes with a wide variety of exercises to keep you focused and having fun. A mixture of different stations including shuttle runs, body weight exercises, weighted stations & core exercise. Intense, non-stop and busy! You will be sure to come away feeling like you've had a full body workout. Our circuits class is great for a full throttle cardio workout. No matter what your fitness level is you'll be able to join in at a level that suits you. with Fiona RobertsFiona is a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer from London who is passionate about giving people the tools and motivation to get moving and improve their health. Fiona aims to make every session all about you and your goals. She tailors the session personally to you and to getting the most out of the time you spend together. From a PT session with Fiona, you can expect a mixture of different circuits, styles and exercises to keep you engaged and moving. The intensity of the session can vary depending on your preferences and ability, but whatever level that might be, expect to be cheered along, encouraged, and pushed to give all you've got. She also offers ongoing support with at home workout ideas and programmes.   • HIIT & AbsWant to take your fitness to the next level? Then check out our amazing HIIT and Abs session. This combines short intense bursts of working out, with short recovery periods before you go again. It is a great way to challenge yourself physically, burn fat as well as being incredibly rewarding way to exercise. We will motivate you to keep going, so at every class you can build on your fitness. Oh and just to finish you off, we like to end with our Abs of Doom. Friday

  • BoxfitEnd the week on a high with our boxfit class. Boxing is a great way to have fun and relieve some of the stress that builds up during your working week! This session is orientated around a circuit with boxing as a main focus point. You'll learn some boxing technique and put it into practice with some combinations to test your memory as well as your punching ability. No previous boxing experience is required and all levels of fitness are welcome. with Rob MarrRob has trained in Tai Chi for over ten years and he is now British Champion in Tai Chi boxing for men under 75 Kgs. Rob's gentle and calm approach makes his exercise classes accessible to all levels.  He mixes boxing with body weight circuits for general all round fitness and toning.     6:45 am at Ealing Common
  • Lunch BlastOur lunchtime workout will give you a great mix of exercises to tone your whole body. We use weights, work with partners, use resistance bands and boxing equipment among other things! Make the most of that lunch break whether at work or home and join our fun 45 minute session. We're sure you'll come away feeling refreshed and ready for the afternoon. with Ahlam Al-FadhilAhlam is a highly motivated trainer who is enthusiastic about all things related to exercise, healthy lifestyle and self-improvement. Raising a family from a young age, she is living proof that health and fitness is for all ages and circumstances. She regularly practices boxing, Muay Thai and weightlifting, spin, HIIT training and yoga and is constantly exploring new workouts and fitness innovations. Practising a variety of disciplines has immensely increased her knowledge and passion for fitness, allowing her to offer a well-rounded training package, whatever your goals may be. She is keen to join you on your journey to a stronger, fitter and healthier you. In addition to fitness, she is passionate about travel, languages and healthy eating.
