Please read the timetable carefully as times may change. Outdoor classes must be booked in advance so we have record of attendees and social distancing must be observed.

  • 8:00 am Live Zoom -- Rise and ShineRise and Shine is a great way to start the week day with our morning workout. The class focuses on strength training, using resistance bands and body weight exercises to wake up and tone your muscles. For early birds, this morning class makes an ideal start to the day. Our amazing trainer will motivate you to achieve your best, whatever your fitness level. If you don't think you are an early bird, give this a go. You will be surprised! with Kath BeesleyKath is a founder of Quit the Gym and has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. After studying Sports Studies at Staffordshire University, she continued to play hockey, tennis and has run quite a few marathons (generally in fancy dress!). She is level 3 REPS Personal Training Qualified and her studies include - Paul Chek Nutrition and lifestyle Coaching, pre and post natal training. Kath likes to train people in a fun, functional and goal orientated way.   • 7:00 pm Ealing Common -- Body ConditioningFun and friendly group exercise. Come to one of our body conditioning classes and work together as a team to keep fit. No two classes are ever the same. And this class is suitable for everyone. So if you want to add in a mid-week or weekend workout to your fitness schedule and want to work together with others to keep motivated, check this class out. This class is totally family friendly. On Sundays you can also bring the kids! They can join our fun footy for kids session for £5 leaving you to focus on enjoying the class while your kids also have a great time. On Tuesdays we also welcome mums with their little ones in their buggies. Our trainers are fully qualified for post natal fitness, so we can make sure you return to exercise at a pace that suits you. Suitable for all fitness levels. with Fiona RobertsFiona is a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer from London who is passionate about giving people the tools and motivation to get moving and improve their health. Fiona aims to make every session all about you and your goals. She tailors the session personally to you and to getting the most out of the time you spend together. From a PT session with Fiona, you can expect a mixture of different circuits, styles and exercises to keep you engaged and moving. The intensity of the session can vary depending on your preferences and ability, but whatever level that might be, expect to be cheered along, encouraged, and pushed to give all you've got. She also offers ongoing support with at home workout ideas and programmes.   • 7:00 pm Lammas Park -- *FASTER RunningFASTER sessions are designed to improve runners strength and endurance through pyramid training, high intensity interval running and various leg strength and endurance exercises. They are for all standards and a great way to prepare for any races - due to the fact the running intervals are always timed it really means you can work at your own pace, there will be someone in front of you to chase and no doubt someone behind you chasing you! *FASTER! is our only paid-for session and can be purchased in blocks of 6. After 12 years, the work took its toll on her health and well-being and she burnt herself out. That was the turning point in her life and she decided to turn her passion for exercise into a new career. Lauren is usually found outside taking part in active pursuits such as hiking and snowboarding, or physical challenges such as ultra-marathons. She loves teaching body weight exercises and HIIT with QtG and believes it doesn't take hours in the gym to physically and aesthetically benefit from being active. "You can exercise anytime, anywhere and still get the results you want". In addition to QtG, Lauren works with clients in both group training classes and 1-2-1 sessions either in the gym or outdoors in the Ealing area. She is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and has studied nutrition, corrective exercise and behavioural change to help her clients make long term sustainable changes.

  • 1:00 pm Ealing Common -- Lunch BlastOur lunchtime workout will give you a great mix of exercises to tone your whole body. We use weights, work with partners, use resistance bands and boxing equipment among other things! Make the most of that lunch break whether at work or home and join our fun 45 minute session. We're sure you'll come away feeling refreshed and ready for the afternoon. with Kath BeesleyKath is a founder of Quit the Gym and has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. A mixture of different stations including shuttle runs, body weight exercises, weighted stations & core exercise. Intense, non-stop and busy! Saturday

  • 9:30 am Lammas Park -- ExtremeQuit the Gym EXTREME! is our toughest class and designed to give you a challenging all-over workout, without someone shouting at you! We use lots of equipment such as tyres, kettle bells, weights and med balls. We've even been known to add in the occasional log throwing for good measure! So if you want an intense workout - then this is for you. We cater for all fitness levels by offering 2 or 3 options for every exercise. Most important is that you have fun and enjoy it.
